1. How do I find a dealer that I can trust and know they will be around to help should I need help with my GPS system after the sale?
Try calling the dealer for assistant first, see how long it take them to get back to you. Make sure your dealer has been in business for at least 5-10 years and not someone that have just started a web site and selling products part time out of a garage without any history. Make sure they are FACTORY authorized direct dealers, check with factory authorized dealer links. May online dealers claim they are authorized when they are not, they could be just some part time GPS reseller buying from distribution channels and may or may not be able to deliver the product after the sale. By doing some home work in advance as to the reputation and longevity (history) of the GPS company you are considering of buying from, can and will save you a lot of trouble later on should your GPS product fail and you need assistant after the sale.

3. What methods of shipping do you use?
Depending on the item that you order, we use the following methods:
USPS/Priority mail, FedEx, UPS.
4. Are all of the products brand new and do they come with a warranty?
Yes, all of our products are brand new and come in the box and they come with
a standard manufacturer’s warranty.
5. Do I have to pay sales tax when I buy an item?
You only have to pay sales tax if you live in the state of California.
6. What is your return policy?
You may return any new and unopened item to us within 15 days from the date of purchase, but will be responsible to pay original shipping and handling fees. If your item has been opened or used you may return the item to us within the 15 day return policy, but you will be subject to pay a 20% restocking fee and original shipping and handling charges. Each item that is returned will be inspected and tested to verify if the item has been opened and/or used. You, as the customer, accept responsibility of shipping charges for sending the item back to AutoNavDirect.com should you need to return the item. Before any item is returned to AutoNavDirect.com, the customer must contact the returns department, returns@AutoNavDirect.com, for authorization of return.
Note: Any unit that is equipped with Traffic Messaging service cannot be activated or it is not returnable. Traffic service once activated is not returnable.
Units with Traffic service that this applies to any models that comes with Traffic ability such as Garmin Nuvi's, C5xx, 7xxx, Magellan RoadMates, Matestro line, TomTom 720, 910, Mio's etc.
