Roadmate 3000t review

I first thought the roadmate 3000t would be a very basic model since the price was so low compared to the other models, but wow was I wrong. My Magellan 3000t has everything I could want in a GPS unit and many other things Like MP3 player and Picture View which I will probably never use, but I can brag about having it on there haha. The 3000t was very simple to setup and very easy to use. I was going to get a magellan 700, but when I called AutoNavdirect.com they recommended me to look at the 3000t. I am so glad that they recommended this unit and they really know what they are talking about. I would recommend the magellan roadmate 3000t to anyone and have already got a few of my friends to buy one. Thanks Magellan and AutoNavDirect.com

Wife loves this one

I bought the Magelln 3000t for myself and really enjoyed it as it was my first magellan gps unit. However, once my wife got her hands on it, I soon realized that she like the 3000t more than I did and she uses it all the time. Now I will be buying another 3000t or I might consider upgrading to the new 6000t that is suppose to be magellans best unit according to what I have read. Either way I am going to stick with magellan as it has been a great unit and I have had no issues with it at all.

Could not be happier

We bought this unit right before our family road trip and I really think that was the best thing I could have done. This unit really made the whole experience more relaxing and allowed for me to enjoy every min. Now that I have one I really wonder how I got around with out it and why I waited soo long to get one, wait I know.... the price was too high for me, but this new magellan 3000t is priced just right for just about everyone.

My wife purchased the 3000T for me as my first GPS unit ever. We literally pulled it out of the box while in the car traveling to Charleston SC, turned it on and figured it out without any instructions in hand at the time (the manual is on disk). We had the unit up and going and it worked perfect with out any prior knowledge of GPS operations. Magellan made this unit practically idiot proof. When we returned home I started reading the manual and it is amazing what all this little unit will do. The detour feature, the reroute and the multiple destination features are all important features to me. I am pleased we decided on the 3000T as our first GPS. Good job Magellan!!!

Great GPS!

I have been using my new 3000T now for two weeks now. It's a great GPS and has nice features. I don't think I will be getting the traffic option available later this summer. It does everything what it advertised to do and always gets me to my destination. Very happy with it.

I got my Roadmate 3000t last week and I have been using it everyday. It's a great little gps with many nice features, some feature like the MP3 player I may never use but I'm glad I got this gps. I really like the map display and it could be easily switched from 2D to 3D view. It's a great gps at a great price.

My first GPS!

I rented the NeverLost from Hertz for many years on all my business trips and the latest Roadmate 3000T works almost identically as the NeverLost. I think it even has the same lady's voice giving turing directions. So far it is very accurate and easy to use. The screen is much bigger than I'm used to on the NeverLost and the map display is very good and clear in 2D view and it's nice to have the 3D view option while driving and you are able to see ahead. The touch screen is great and it's much easier to use than the NeverLost once you get familiar with all the functions of each buttons. It's a really nice GPS for the price. I am pleasantly surprised! Thanks!

Stylish 3000t

What a great looking gps unit. I love the new look this 3000t from magellan. The 3000t is exactly what I have been looking for and the price was right in my budget. My brother had a magellan and recommended me looking at magellan and he would never lead me to buy something that he did not believe in.

My 2nd Magellan

This is our 2nd GPS from Magellan. Between my wife, daughter and myself, one GPS is simply not enough sometimes so I decided to buy another unit. This one only cost about half of what I paid for our Roadmate 700 2 years ago but it has so many added features. I like the new 3 dimension view of map so you could see ahead of you. GPS seems to lock on faster and map display is better and very clear in both 3D or 2D view. I think my daughter will enjoy the MP3 function to download some of her favorite music to it. Thanks for the quick shipping.
