LOVE IT

This is my 1st experience with GPS - I can't imagine how I EVER got around before! I know several people who got one included w/their car, & mine blows them away. I love the touch screen, I love the escape/back button, love the voice commands & the directions on the screen which actually spells out the exact street name to turn on, love the chimes when to turn! It's fantastic!

The does not always display exacte locations, nor does it always use the best routes. But it usually gets you there. I like the pre-warnings it gives about turning movements. Even my wife likes it.

Great product for RV users

We purchased this product three months ago to use primarily when traveling in our R.V. We have been in some sticky situations while towing a 31 foot fifth-wheel, especially when traveling through large urban area interstates. We are AAA members, and their maps are a great resource, but do not always direct you to which lane you need to be in to make a freeway exit. The Magellan Roadmate 3050T gives you a 2 mile, 1/2 mile and final exit warning, and tells you if you will be exiting from the right or left....and my husband tells me "her" voice is much more polite than mine. This product is a great value, and we won't travel without it!

3050 Works For Me

Bought this 3050T because a friend got one and recommended this model to me. I do not know much about these items, but I do know mine is easy to use and I am happy with it.

3050T Is Great!!!!!!!!!!!

My Friend bought the magellan roadmate 800 about a year and a half ago for about $700. I was very impressed with his unit from the start, but the price was just too much for me. Wow what a difference a year has made as this unit has many more features over the 700 and hard to believe, but this 3050T was much cheaper than what he paid back then. I am very happy with my unit and now my buddy is going to sell his old 800 and buy this New 3050T. I love this item and recommend it to all(especially those on tight budget).

Great Value 3050T

This new magellan roadmate 3050T is even better than the 3000t, which I almost bought until I saw on magellans site that this item was coming out. I really think for the money you can not get a better gps unit. This unit has all the features I was looking for and now come with the traffic kit and that was something that the 3000t did not have. I think the traffic updates are really going to help me out especially when traveling in and out of the city.I would recommend the 3050T to anyone who is looking for a great GPS unit at a reasonable price.
