They are Garmin authorized dealers and they offer outstanding warranty. Yeah I found some other sites out there that had the item, but almost all of them were not garmin dealers and did not have the support I found on here. For anyone who is looking to buy this item I highly recommmend you buy yours here as you get the most for the money at this site. I am never lost now, thanks to Garmin and AutoNavDirect.com
