The software was as most is today; plug it in and stand back. The new UI worked well on my motorcycle with gloves on. Very clear maps. The real reason for the review is for AutoNav customer service. It was several days before I received a shipping confirmation, but that was fine, I was in no rush. When the package arrived, I followed the enclosed directions and updated the unit. To my dismay, the crossover features required a code to unlock that did not come with the unit. Within two hours, it was explained that it was not enclosed because I had not given the serial number of the unit during ordering, I sent the s/n, I received the code, I had a working crossover unit. Thanks for the excellent support. It was nice to find the update in stock when Magellan didn't even have it.

Love the new look of my unit

Had my unit updated and i really like the new menu look. I think it makes the unit much easier to read and use. That part alone was worth the update price for me.

Buy now, magellan was sold out and I spoke with autonav and they told me they have only limited stock left in these updats, guess we got the best roadmate of them all guys, very popular.
