Best GPS Ever
Reviewed by PetiteMoose from lakeland, Fl on 11/25/2006 08:43 am
Had it for a year now and am constanly amazed with it. Use it for Business Travel and Motorcycle recreation. Serves both applications flawlessly. Internal MP3 Player rocks and provides days of Music. Quick Satellite aquisition Quick route computation and voice guidance a real plus. Especially through motorcycle speakers for hands free / eyes free navigation!

Not Good for Motorcycles
Reviewed by Floridafeeger from Jacksonville, Florida on 07/16/2006 09:10 am
I used the Iway 500c on my Yamaha FJR1300 for almost a year with no problem BUT finally hard drive failed on a 3500 mile trip right when I needed it most. I would not recommend this HEAVY disk drive oriented GPS for a motorcycle - I am going to replace mine with something else but not with a disk drive unit. Beautiful screen and otherwise a nice automotive unit BUT NOT on a motorcycle ever again!

iWay 500C a good gps for my RV
Reviewed by Dave M. from San Antonio, TX on 06/17/2006 12:34 am
I got this gps a while back for my RV and my car. It has a large display and the display is bright and clear for viewing. It worked okay most of the time on our trips from Texas to California and upto Washington and back. The routing was a little strange sometimes. This unit and mounting is simply too large, bulky and too heavy to use day to day in my sedan around town. I will keep this one in the RV and look for another smaller gps for use in my car.
