Note:the new map update shows slight improvements over
the 2008/2009 DVD map update since it is only a few months different between the
2008/2009 map update compare to the Spring 2009 SD card map update so it maybe more
advantageous to buy the more affordable 2008/2009 DVD map updates.

Refresh your compatible Magellan GPS navigation device with the most current maps and points of interest (POI) information available. The 2009 Spring Map Update includes up-to-date details on: new or changed roadways (including local streets, major roads, freeways, and highways); updates to communities; new or updated details for points of interest (including businesses, restaurants, stores, and more), and so much more.
The 2009 Spring Map Update comes loaded on an SD card, so it's simple to install. Turn off your Magellan device, insert the SD card into the slot, turn your unit on and you're set!
Note: Prior to installing the 2009 Spring Map Update on your compatible Magellan GPS device, make sure that you have a USB cable available and that your device is running the most current software available. Software updates are a free download and ensure that your device runs optimally. To see if an update is available for your device, simply go to www.magellanGPS.com/support and select your model from the drop down menu.The models listed below require a software update to use the 2009 map update SD card.
Magellan has launched new software updates for the following 2009 Spring SD card Map Update compatible Magellan devices. If your device is listed as compatible, you will be able to update your unit using this new SD card map update after you update your Magellan RoadMate and Maestro with the latest firmware/software.
